The easiest way to track your orders is to visit your customer account. All your orders are listed with real-time status updates:

• Pending — payment verification in progress.
• Paid — your order is confirmed and being prepared.
• Dispatched — your parcel is on its way, tracking link sent by email.
• Delivered — your ritual is in your hands.

All orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our fulfillment center. Tracked delivery takes 2 to 4 business days within France and 4 to 7 business days across Europe and international destinations.
