These Terms of Service govern all product sales carried out by MoochiSkin SAS on its website moochiskin.com. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Service.

The products offered are the authentic Japanese exfoliating towel MoochiSkin and its bundle variations (Discovery, Duo, Serenity Packs). Prices are listed in Euros all taxes included. MoochiSkin reserves the right to modify prices at any time, provided the price charged is the one in effect on the day of the order.

Orders are validated upon completed payment. All transactions are secured by Stripe. Accepted payment methods include: Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For monthly subscriptions, billing occurs automatically each cycle on the saved payment method.

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Tracked delivery is free on all bundles or subscriptions. Delivery times are 2 to 4 days within France, and 4 to 7 business days internationally.
